Artwork Submission & Copyright Responsibility

 

By submitting artwork, designs, or images, the customer represents and warrants that they own all rights to the submitted content or have obtained proper permission and licenses from the rights holder to use, reproduce, and print the material.

 

The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that all submitted content complies with applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

 

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A1 Graphix, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the use of submitted artwork, including but not limited to copyright or trademark infringement claims.

 

A1 Graphix reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion if there is reason to believe the submitted content may infringe on the rights of a third party or violate any law.

How To Order

Select Size and Quantity: Choose your desired size and quantity.

Upload Artwork: Upload your designs.

Checkout: Complete your purchase.

Review Proof: Receive an online proof via email and request any changes for free until you approve.

Printing: Your designs will be printed on high-quality heat transfer vinyl (HTV). You can choose between a matte or gloss finish. HTV is durable, flexible, and perfect for transferring onto fabrics.

Size Specifications: Your artwork will be printed as large as possible to fit the selected size unless specified otherwise. For multi-part designs, please order accordingly.

Multiple Designs: Upload one design per product ordered. For example, if ordering two sets of 10 transfers, upload two different designs.

Turnaround Time: 5-7 business days after proof approval, with expedited options available at checkout.

Artwork Submission Guidelines:

  • Submit artwork at 300dpi and in vector format (e.g., .AI, .EPS, .SVG) for the best quality.
  • Use CMYK color format to avoid color shifts; we will convert RGB files to CMYK if needed.
  • Ensure the design is compatible with HTV (avoid overly intricate details for optimal transfer quality).
